अम्बेडकर से सम्बंधित स्मारक एकदम नहीं दिखते, जबकी दो हजार दो तक जीवित
रही बाबा साहब की धर्मपत्नी अपने अंतिम साँस तक बाबा साहब के आदर्शो के
अनुरूप बहुजन समाज के उत्थान के लिए समर्पित रहीं, उनके जीवित होने के बाद
भी, माया मेमसाहब ने कभी भी उनका जिक्र करना मुनासिब नहीं समझा, सम्मानित
करना तो दूर की बात है...
लखनऊ शहर भर में रमादेवी अम्बेडकर से जुड़े न जाने कितने स्मारक, पार्क इत्यादि है, जो बाबा साहेब की पहली पत्नी थी, और अल्प काल में स्वर्गवासी हुई...
सविता अम्बेडकर, जन्मना ब्राह्मण थी, और उन्होंने बाबा साहेब से प्रभावित हो कर उनसे विवाह किया था तथा बाबा साहेब के राजनितिक-सामाजिक कार्यो में न सिर्फ उनकी परम सहयोगी थी, बल्कि बाबा साहेब के मरने के बाद, निरंतर उनके आदर्शो पर चलती रही...
पर चुकि वो माया मैडम की पार्टी से नहीं जुड़ी थी, लिहाज़ा बाबा साहेब के नाम की मलाई चाट रही माया मैडम के लिए “सविता अम्बेडकर” का नाम लेना भी किसी पाप से कम नहीं लगता!
ये तो सरासर बेशर्मी है माया मेमसाहब ...!!!

डा0 अम्बेडकर का सारा राजनीतिक कैरियर ब्राहमण-विरोध पर खड़ा था। उनके अनुयायी सविता अंबेडकर को प्यार और श्रद़धा से कैसे याद कर सकते हैं। हॉं, उनका इस्तेमाल बखूबी करते हैं। सविता कबीर भी इसका शिकार हुईं और शायद सतीश मिश्रा भी होंगे

A probe was ordered which subsequently found no truth in the allegations. The then Union Home minister Govind Vallabh Pant, replying to a question raised in the Lok Sabha by Dalit MP B.C. Kamble, categorically stated.that.Dr.Ambedkar.died.a..natural..death.
Being edged out by Dr Ambedkar’s associates from the political scene, Mai had confined herself to the Buddhist Society of India to realise the dream of her husband to spread Buddhism. However, Yeshwantrao headed a parallel Buddhist Society of India, which was later controlled by his wife, Meeratai and son Prakash. After decades of litigation, the court upheld Mai’s organisation asgenuine. However, her organisation could neither attract a large. number of Dalits nor undertake major religious activities. The propaganda unleashed by some Dalit leaders against her acted as a repellent. She, nevertheless, pinned her hopes on the younger generation of Dalit leaders, especially the.Dalit..Panthers,.who emerged as a force to reckon with in the 1970s but later broke up into various factions like their seniors. Later, she made futile appeals for unity of all factions of the RPI on several occasions
Mai was offered a Rajya Sabha seat by Nehru and Indira Gandhi, but she. refused. In her autobiography, she had mentioned that her refusal stemmed from the fact that the Congress had harassed Dr Ambedkar throughout his life and hence it was improper for her to sit in Parliament as a Congress..member
Incidentally, Mai’s maiden name was Sharda Kabir and she had passed MBBS from Mumbai’s Grant Medical College in 1937. She had four sisters and three brothers and the family, hailing from Ratnagiri, was progressive-minded and inter-caste marriages were not considered blasphemous.
